These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgentDrop. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You may use AgentDrop to create, publish, manage, and interact with AI agents for legitimate business and personal use. You are responsible for the content, prompts, and data you submit.
Important: Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Agents and related content may be reviewed and can be approved, rejected, unpublished, or removed at our discretion when they violate these terms or applicable law. Public directory listings and shared agents must not mislead users.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access. Paid plans, credits, and billing are subject to the pricing terms shown at purchase and in your account settings.
AgentDrop is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the service, including agent outputs, downtime, or third-party integrations. Use the product at your own risk.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where AgentDrop is operated, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
